What's included in General Admission?

Thursday evening through Saturday afternoon cake pop learning, socializing, etc. Price includes a light breakfast and buffet lunch both days, 10 different learning sessions, access to the vendor hall. A swag bag is also included for every attendee: tote bag, t-shirt, enamel pin, and goodies from different sponsors.

Do you offer virtual options?

At this time, What’s Popping Con 2027, as well as all workshops, will not offer virtual options. Maybe in the future!

Do you have a hotel room block?

We have a room block at The Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center, where WPC is held. It is filling up quickly!

You can book online here with the discount code POPCON27. Please call the hotel at (330) 346-0100 to check on the status and book a room if booking online is giving you difficulties!

What is an Accompanying Adult ticket?

This ticket applies only to parents accompanying their minor child aged 10-17 with a Student Ticket. All other parents wishing to attend will need to pay the full General Admission price. More details are available on our Pricing page.

What is your cancellation policy?

All ticket sales may be canceled for a full refund through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another attendee. Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time specified and cannot be redeemed for other events. Refunds will be provided when otherwise required by law.
