Raffle Instructions
1. Passport & Initial Tickets
Pick up your Raffle Passport and initial tickets when you check in for the conference at the Registration Table. You will receive 1 raffle ticket per admission ticket, 1 raffle ticket per brunch registration, as well as 1 raffle ticket for each workshop you have purchased.
2. Shop & Earn
When you make a vendor purchase, be sure to ask them to punch your Raffle Passport. Each punch gives you 1 ticket when you turn in your Passport at the end of the conference. You can earn up to 1 ticket per vendor per day. Redeem an extra ticket for collecting all vendors.
3. Redeem Your Raffle Tickets
Turn in your Passports at the Registration Table by Saturday at 4:00PM to redeem your raffle tickets! The drawing will be held on Saturday at the end of the day.
How can I earn raffle tickets?
ADMISSION
1 raffle ticket comes with your Admission Ticket
BRUNCH
Earn 1 ticket by registering for Sunday Brunch
WORKSHOPS
Earn 1 ticket each time you register for a Workshop
COMPETITION
Earn 1 ticket for each Pop Off Competition category you enter
VENDORS
Earn 1 ticket from each vendor when you make a purchase (maximum 1 ticket per vendor)
VENDOR BONUS
Earn 1 extra ticket by making purchases from all 13 vendors
VENDOR PREORDER
Earn a maximum of 1 ticket per vendor for vendors offering preorder
BINGO BONUS
Earn a bonus ticket by filling out your entire bingo card (provided at registration) by 5PM on Friday
Turn in your completed Bingo Card at the Registration Table by Friday at 5:00PM to redeem your bonus ticket.
Turn in your Raffle Passport at the Registration Table by Saturday at 4:00PM to redeem your tickets from vendor purchases.
